Le présent projet est la construction d’un immeuble R+3 avec sous-sol conçu sur 376,57 m2
situé dans la localité de Douala, appartenant à M. NGUINDA Pierre. Les ouvrages ont été imaginés en  plusieurs espaces et fonctions, nous avons :

1- Le sous-sol dédié au parking, aux salles de mise en forme (salle de sport et sauna) et enfin
aux locaux techniques de l’immeuble
2- Le Rez-de-chaussée, le premier et deuxième étage qui comportent chacun, deux
appartements type T4 composés chacun d’un séjour + SAM, une cuisine, une réserve, une buanderie,
3 chambres avec toilettes individuelles, un WC visiteur et des terrasses d’aisance attenantes à chaque
pièce de vie
3- L’étage deuxième est occupé par un appartement penthouse de 4 chambres. On y retrouve
aussi un salon, une SAM, une cuisine, une réserve, une buanderie, un bureau, un séjour privé, une
grande terrasse panoramique et une piscine suspendue.
4- L’extérieur est aménagé en espace de circulation, en espace vert, et un système
d’assainissement pourvu de caniveaux et couvert de dallettes en BA ; le tout relié au réseau public.
La fondation des ouvrages comportera des semelles, des amorces, des chainages, en béton armé et
des murs d’agglos bourrés de 20x20x40 cm. Les élévations seront en agglos de 15x20x40 cm. des
poutres, poteaux, chainages en béton armé dosé selon les critères de calcul et cahiers de charge
serviront de raidisseurs aux différents ouvrages. La toiture est de type toit terrasse où on disposera
des panneaux photovoltaïques

This project is the construction of a R + 3 building with basement designed on 376.57 m2
located in the locality of Douala, belonging to Mr. NGUINDA Pierre. The works have been imagined in several spaces and functions, we have:

• The basement dedicated to parking, fitness rooms (gym and sauna) and finally
  in the technical rooms of the building
• The ground floor, the first and second floor, each comprising two type T4 apartments each composed of a living room + dining room, a kitchen, a reserve, a laundry room, 3 rooms with individual toilets, a guest toilet and comfortable terraces adjoining each living room
• The second floor is occupied by a penthouse apartment with 4 bedrooms. We find there also a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a storage room, a laundry room, an office, a private living room, a large panoramic terrace and a suspended swimming pool.
• The exterior is laid out as a circulation space, a green space, and a system sanitation equipped with gutters and covered with BA slabs; all connected to the public network. The foundation of the works will include footings, primers, chaining, in reinforced concrete and 20x20x40 cm stuffed chipboard walls. The elevations will be in blocks of 15x20x40 cm. of the beams, columns, reinforced concrete chainings dosed according to the calculation criteria and specifications serve as stiffeners for the various structures. The roof is of the terrace roof type where we will have photovoltaic panels
